Upon your review and agreement, we proceed to book accommodations exclusively for your company via a group accommodation contract or a simple email confirmation.

You'll receive either a contract or an email confirmation from us, along with an accommodation voucher containing your in-house reference number. Should you wish, you can validate your reservation with the hotel by requesting a designated point of contact.
